  • Attend scheduled appointments to inform, advise, and handle customer complaints.
  • Carry out the opening and closing of service connections as part of customer account changes.
  • Manage the collection of unpaid bills and support customers facing financial difficulties.
  • Report any events related to customer management, such as customer departures, financial problems, or water quality issues.
  • Perform minor repairs on customer connections, such as replacing gaskets or shut-off valves.
  • Conduct measurements for new installations or adjustments to existing connections.
  • Replace water meters and ensure their proper functioning.
  • Read water meters and enter data using handheld devices.
  • Check the compliance of installations, including sewer connections, branch flow measurements, and service disconnections.
  • Carry out meter readings and interventions to ensure network compliance.
  • Apply and enforce current safety rules (road safety, occupational hazards).
  • Enter intervention reports and update customer files, with regular reporting to supervisors.
  • Specific to Telemetry: Install remote reading modules, verify connectivity, and ensure the proper functioning of remotely read meters. Remotely manage meter readings via the remote reading system. Monitor and analyze data collected through remote reading to detect potential anomalies (leaks, overconsumption).
  • Requires the ability to perform preventive and corrective interventions, ensure network compliance, and apply basic hydraulic and measurement principles. The role demands knowledge of service commitments, use of IT tools, customer interaction skills, precision, responsibility, and clear communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of relevant electrical design experience; strong knowledge of IEC/NEC standards.

  • Proficiency with CAD/BIM and digital engineering tools.

  • Experience with PLC/SCADA integration; valid driver’s license.
